Blizzard recently announced that its Battle.net gaming service will now tie into Facebook. This new addition will link the online gaming platform with the gamers Facebook account. The plan is for this to take place with all Battle.net games. The first to integrate will be the new “StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty” game. Gamers will be able to easily add their Facebook friends to their Blizzard Battle.net friend list.

Gamers will start to see the new Facebook functionality being testing during the ongoing beta test currently inprogress. The anticipated social integration will be available to all players for the release on July 27.
